I’m getting this @shapeoko finally assembled. I wish this was real time Lol. I made it to step 5 for tonight, so I try and tackle some more tomorrow, but it’s time to call it a night. Stay tuned for more and some #cncprojects. #grwoodworking#timelapse
Latte Art 2.0— it is so pretty that we don’t even want to drink.
We have seen a lot of latte art, but @bbcmcafe is taking it to a whole new level. Brunches are meant to be pretty and we can’t have it without a nice latte right?
Be sure to make reservations on @opentable or arrive close to opening in order to avoid long waits. Even with a reservation, you will be waiting for a while. Also, they include parking at the back of the restaurant.
This cute restaurant is located in Weho and has nice exterior seating for those that would like to enjoy the sun. With a contemporary chic look and feel to it, this is a cute spot to gather with the loved ones, and of course, very instagrammable.
Now, sit back, sip your latte and enjoy— the restaurant does take a while to get your food out so be sure to spare 2-3 hours while you visit.
We share what we see, we post what we love. LA, we got you spotted! (📸: @_abella24)
I miss you everyday.
I miss the music and tacos.
I miss every new hipster joint popping up each week.
You are and always will be home. Even tho u smell like pee sometimes.
I would like you to meet my adopted home, my sweet Dubai.
It will never be you. But it takes care of me.
I've learned new songs.
Tasted different foods.
Met different varieties of people.
I love you so much... and when I do finally come home I have sooo many stories to tell you.
Recently I’ve had people message about my body, fitness routine and diet because to them I’m their “goals” which honestly, feels awesome. Actually, it’s a huge fucking compliment because I have worked hard on bettering myself for a long time. The biggest thing I’ve learnt is that you will never be happy with yourself unless you change the way you think and view EVERYTHING. You need to develop a healthy relationship with yourself. So that means not punishing yourself or feeling guilty for eating that chocolate, listening to your body if you’re exhausted and need that sleep in and not being upset if your weight fluctuates. Everything is a mind game and I can guarantee you we all experience similar things.
Listen to your body! You don’t need to exhaust yourself multiple times a day at the gym. It’s not sustainable, you will burn out and your body won’t respond with muscle development the way you want it to. Pushing yourself hard once a day will benefit you more than exhausting your body.
Eat what you enjoy, but understand your calorie intake. Don’t skip a meal because you ate a piece of chocolate. Educate yourself and be aware of what you’re putting in your body. It’s that simple. Take time out from comparing your life online to educate yourself. There’s no magic or secret behind it, YOU just need to do your research.
Finally, don’t get upset with yourself if your weight fluctuates. Enjoy the process and how you feel about your body is how you TELL yourself. I’m definitely not at my leanest at the moment because I’ve been eating a chocolate bunny every weekend and if @tyler.nelmen is bulking, so am I 😂 It’s also important to “bulk” if you’re wanting to gain bigger muscle once you’ve leaned out (chasing booty gains). But I honestly don’t mind. I still feel sexy, I’m still very fit/healthy and unless I point it out, majority of other people wouldn’t notice at all.
ENJOY your journey, CONTROL your mind and LOVE yourself in every moment because it will take time and you will need to be patient. It’s about making it your lifestyle and not allowing it to control your life. 💕 #nips#ittybittytitty#backrolls#cellulite#yesitookmymirroroutside#doitforthegram
